MEET PASTOR DAVID
David Treloar is the heart behind the Presence-Centered Discipleship (PCD) course—a pastor, teacher, and spiritual guide based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. For nearly two decades, David has been committed to helping people not just believe in Jesus but actually walk with Him.
David’s ministry has always emphasized authenticity, depth, and relationship over religious routine. His pastoral journey has been marked by a desire to see people encounter the living Jesus—not just in church buildings, but in everyday life.
The Birth of PCD
In 2018, during a state minister’s meeting in Oklahoma, David encountered Pastor Ken Love’s teaching on the Discipleship Triangle. It resonated deeply and began a long association with the Ignite network of churches within the Church of God (Anderson, IN). That meeting also sparked the beginnings of what would eventually become the Presence-Centered Discipleship course.
Rather than rush to publish or overproduce, David took a slow road—testing these ideas in his local church, refining the content with real feedback, and always listening to the Holy Spirit along the way. From handwritten notes to a national video-based curriculum, the course developed organically over years of prayer, teaching, and community building.
Before You Begin the Journey
What is Presence-Centered Discipleship (PCD)?
Presence-Centered Discipleship is a 6-session video journey that helps people grow closer to God through journaling, listening prayer, community, and reflection. It’s about living intentionally, not just learning information.
Who is this course for?
Anyone longing for spiritual growth—whether you’re new to the faith, a lifelong believer, or a pastor seeking a tool for your church.
How long is each session?
Each video is 20–30 minutes. If you’re meeting as a group, plan for 60–90 minutes including discussion and prayer.
What do I need to get started?
A journal, some quiet time, and an open heart. (A group helps—but isn’t required.)
